RETENTION PARTNERS EMPLOYEE RETENTION PLAN

Retention Partners required a customised business tool for access online by their clients. I was contracted by Retention Partners to develop their employee retention application and they provided me with a working demo in MS Excel format to convert to web.

Titled The Retention Plan Generator this online application is an employee assessment tool that makes it easy for managers to retain their teams and makes it easy for organisations to build their retention capabilities.

The tool includes a general survey about each employee that dynamically adjusts the risk level of each employee on a graphical chart. When the survey is complete the results are saved and the manager is provided with a pre-populated plan and user friendly work sheet to manage the employees related retention tasks.

Automatic emails and alerts are sent to the Retention Partners and the system includes a full featured administration area for them to manage the entire client base, view employees and respond to requests.
